"I wasn't thinking about dating. I joined the Soul Detox to deal with some other things. But the program helped me get out of my head and date in a healthy way.
If you're thinking about signing up for the Soul Detox, DO IT! It will cause you to dig deep and once you get in there and start to pull things out, your body feels different when you let go of a lot of emotional weight. I felt so much lighter.
